Flora Carbon AI

Flora Carbon AI is a climate tech startup developing forestry carbon projects alongside AI-powered dMRV (digital monitoring, reporting and verification) tools for carbon markets.

The work joins two halves of my background: originating and designing ARR projects on the ground, and building the measurement infrastructure that makes their carbon claims verifiable at lower cost. Reliable, lower-friction MRV is one of the clearest bottlenecks holding back high-integrity forestry credits, particularly for smallholder and community projects where conventional monitoring costs are hard to justify.
